Shipping Policies

Returns?

If you need to return unopened boxes, please email us for information.
We will send you shipping labels, but you will be responsible for getting them to an appropriate drop off for UPS.
The refund will be processed after the boxes are received, minus shipping and with a 25% restocking fee.

-Sale items and Custom items are not returnable.
-You can only return up to 90 days after your original purchase.

To avoid returns:

1. Order SAMPLES first. Colors look different on your computer/phone than they do in person, and in different lighting. Sometimes a lot different.

2. Ask questions (if you have any) before you order, we answer emails personally and quickly.

3. Measure twice, check your math. If you need help just contact us and we will double check for you.

4. Don’t shop while drinking. Drunk ordering at 2am is not a good idea, even though it’s fun.——

We use UPS for most of our deliveries to insure prompt and accurate shipment.

Some samples may ship USPS.

Transit time depends on your location.

If you are in Lincoln, NE city limits we delivery personally.
No local pick up.

Standard lead time for Loose Tile is 4-6 business days. Soot can take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to your shipping address.

Freight

Orders over 400 square feet may ship Freight. We will ship with the best rate available through various Freight Companies.  If you have a specific freight company you would like us to use, please contact us.  
If you are looking for a large bulk order - please email jen@slate-ish.com with details on your quantity and shipping address so we can find the best rate for you!

International

US addresses only for our standard UPS shipping. If you’re interested in international shipment, contact us for a quote. International shipping can add $3+/sf to your final cost.

Sales Policies

Prices are subject to change at any time. Usually, but not always, they go down as we automate.

When we offer a discount or sale, prices apply only to the stated products, and only during the time period advertised. We do not honor sale pricing for purchases before or after the listed sale dates.
